Pansy Shell House is an up market, fenced-in, very spacious double storey house with swimming pool, sleeping eight people.
It is located in Plettenberg Bay's upper town, four blocks up from Main Street. This beautiful house has exceptional views of Keurbooms Lagoon and Lookout Beach, the Bahia Formosa (or beautiful bay) and the Tsitsikamma Mountains.

Downstairs the house has an open plan lounge (wood fire-place), kitchen (with inter-leading scullery) and a dining area with large glass sliding doors opening onto covered deck. The deck overlooks the pool, the garden, and exceptional views. The ground floor also has an en-suite bedroom and guest washroom. Upstairs there are two en suite bedrooms, both opening onto semi-covered balcony with views. The fourth bedroom is accessible from the outside with a separate bathroom (bath/toilet).

• Swimming pool with sun loungers, not fenced-in, but has a cover/net.

• Staff toilet.
• Mandatory retainer maid included in rental contracted to work for tenants 5 days a week [Mon-Fri, excluding public holidays]. Weekends & Public Holidays are on request directly with maid.
• Strictly non-smoking.

1. Please take all reasonable care of the property, the finishes of the house and all equipment within it. It was sourced with great care and we would like to protect it from damages as far as possible.
2. Please remove all shoes when entering the house and rinse any sandy feet outside and not in the bathrooms of the house.
3. Please place shoes in the basket provided at the entrance door.
4. Security is always important so it is essential to lock all doors and close all windows before leaving the house as well as arming the alarm system. For added security during the night, the perimeter can be armed while the house is occupied.
5. Kindly note that no drinks are allowed on the sofa and or beds.
6. The house is strictly non-smoking – only smoke outside.
7. Please only braai, using the Weber, on the cement part of the patio.
